We have owned this BMW X5 XDrive 35i Premium turbo E70 since January 2015 with 32k miles and it has been maintained and cared for very well. We had full warranty on it, so it has been dealer serviced.

Black Dakota Leather interior is in very good condition. Hardly any wear. Has been cleaned and conditioned every 6 - 8 months. Has Bamboo Grain wood interior trim.

Also included are 2 comfort access remotes (unlock/lock and start car without using remote), owners manual.
Platinum Grey exterior paint is glossy and in very good condition. Body is in great condition, no major dings or dents. There is one small ding on the rear plastic bumper.

Vehicle has a Clean and Clear Texas title with no accident history and garage kept.

Vehicle has been serviced by Advantage BMW and Momentum BMW in Houston, TX.

N55 3.0 Inline 6 cylinder twin scroll turbo Engine is in perfect working condition, no oil leaks and oil was changed regularly. All gaskets have been replaced (oil filter housing, oil pan, valve cover). Also have recently replaced PCV valve at 82k miles.

8 speed automatic Transmission shifts into every gear smoothly and works great. Sport mode and Manual mode work great.

XDrive All Wheel Drive system works great. It has a center differential to distribute power from front to rear. Recalled front drive shaft and updated center differential have been replaced by advantage BMW.

All interior electronics are working perfectly. All windows and panorama roof work perfectly. Rear windows also have Window shades. Windows are tinted.
Vehicle has Auto wipers, Cruise with braking, Auto xenon Headlights, LED halo lights.

Amplified Sound system with Bluetooth and Navigation with Traffic information work excellent. Coded to play dvd videos. North America Maps have been updated in 2018. Update key is now a lifetime key. Maps can be downloaded online.

A/C is cold, Heater is hot. Automatic 4 Zone Climate functions on both front and rear work well.
Front and rear brake pads were replaced at 85k miles along with a brake fluid flush.

20" wheels are in very good condition. Some curb scrapes exist but are hard to see
275 40 20 Front tires were installed about 10k miles ago.
315 35 20 Rear tires are brand new.

I purchased a spare wheel, jack and tools which does not come with these cars. I switched to non-run flat tires for a much better ride.

Hidden BMW features have been coded to enable DVD playback in motion, folding mirrors on lock, rolling up and down all windows/panorama roof with touch of door handle or remote and a few other hidden features.

MHD Stage 2 has been installed for awesome daily drive ability. tuned to 15 psi of boost (stock is 9 psi). It makes the car respond and drive a lot better than factory tune. I have the ability to tune this car as needed between stock and higher tunes.

Ignition Coil packs have been changed at about 70k miles with OEM, and Spark plugs were changed at 85k with NGK one step colder and gaped to .023 for better spark.

BMW Twin power Synthetic Oil / filter has been changed frequently between 7-8k miles and not the BMW recommended 14k miles.
Oil change just done at 98k miles.

Battery was changed in 2017 with Autozone Duralast.

I will include all weather bmw original front and rear floor liners and trunk mats. Carpet mats are like new and were hardly used.

Airbag recall has been completed by Momentum BMW.
