2012 X5M. Mileage - 83,900. No Accidents or Paintwork. Bone Stock. Original sticker was just over 100k, it is fully loaded minus the rear DVD which is a good thing at this point.

It is a very clean car cosmetically with only a couple of minor flaws that are pointed out in the pictures below (driver door scratch & standard road rash on lower fender flares). I do have black sapphire touch up paint for the driver door scratch. No front license plate holes!! Overall cosmetically, IMO, the car is in above average condition for the mileage. Mechanically, I recently had the upper and lower oil pan gaskets replaced along with a front differential service. No other recommended service until 90k other than oil service.

I originally had plans to do a few basic bolt-ons and have a nice weekend cruiser. However, with three young children my Suburban gets the most use with runs to school and sports. I work from home and the M gets used to fetch lunch every so often and goes to the gym 5 miles away. I would be better suited to save the monthly car payment and insurance for a better cause like more College 529 funding or what have you. At this point the car is a luxury that isn’t really needed.

Title is held by my credit union, Virginia Federal Credit Union. I understand this will turn some people off but I have personally sold several vehicles under this circumstance with no issues. The CU typically clears payment in 2-3 business days then releases the title to VA DMV and I’ll go there to pick it physically vice waiting for it to be snail mailed to me. I'd be happy to work with the potential buyer in any way I can to ensure comfort (doing the transaction at the CU office, or as mutually agreeable).

I welcome you to have a pre purchase inspection performed prior to purchase. There are three reputable Indy shops around Richmond along with a BMW dealer. I can also get you in touch directly with my Indy shop if you would like them to answer any questions about the car, they would be happy to do that.

Going to get some better pictures on Thursday, car was recently paint corrected and ceramic coated w/ C-Quartz. Finally pulled the ole Nikon DSLR out of the closet and dusted it off.

Four (4) new Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires went on late March at 84,655 miles.
