Help finding accelerator hold down screw

working on the car and probably my 2 year old got hold of it 'coz I can't find that dang thing.

I would like to drive the ///M today but without securing the footrest first, I guess it ain't happening

I know it's a Torx bolt, any idea on the size so I can run over to Lowe's/HD and get this going?
