Full Shock/Strut Assembly X5

Need input…I have 2013 X5 35i, trying to decide what struts to use that aren’t OEM, having a hard time finding a complete assembly other than FCS or TRQ, anyone using TRQ shocks/struts? Any other recommendations? Thanks

I imagine you mean both the shock and spring constitutes a complete assembly? Why are you looking for a complete assembly? Normally you would just replace the shocks and reuse the springs.
This opens up your options for replacements

The simplicity of replacing the part. Not having to fiddle with spring, top mount, etc etc makes the job way faster. I think the quick-strut assemblies are worth their price to not have to do all that extra labor if you don't care about having OE-level ride quality. 3 bolts on top, 1 pinch bolt thing at the bottom and thats all.

is the quality of a trq or fcs as good as a bilstien or something else. No. But the price reflects the quality and the ease of install makes it a no brainer for a car that is 10 years old. Enjoy, probably, thousands of miles of new shocks. I would honestly consider using these on my 2011 X5. my wife doesn't care enough about handling and what not.
