speedometer replacement

hi,

i have an imported e70 x5 in kilometers

the mileage/trip is in km and i want miles/mpg

can anyone advise me on best procedure?

i cannot find any reasonable e70 speedometers on fleebay, but i can find e60 speedometers, will these work?

i can change the vin in the 35080 inside the speedometer , i have already located the vin in 35080 of the current speedometer so changing that is not a problem

Cant you just go into the setting and change the units from km to miles? I know it wont effect the speedo itself, but should do all the digital stuff.

but i need trip/mileage in miles to km

i also want mpg no km/l
