At first I tried changing fluid, which came out grey, but didn't help, so I did a full rebuild. At first removal of the TC, the failed mount fell out of its position. Pressing in a new TC mount would be an easier fix than a whole TC rebuild. Hope this helps everybody for yet another diagnosis.

Was anyone be able to fix the transfer case by changing the plastic gears or using the repair kit PN#27-10-7-643-751 for 2012 xdrive35i? I called several online retailers some confirm it will fit and some other said I have to change the entire TC. The dealer said they can not find any repair kit for TC for my car model. The link below is to the repair kit at the dealer so it must being used for different model or year.
