heated steering wheel retrofit

i have a 2012 x5 that i am trying to retrofit heated steering wheel. my dealer was gracious enough to try and installed steering wheel and heated steering wheel collar module w paddles. all buttons, functions, and paddles work to specificiations but could not get power to the on button of the heated wheel. does anyone know of a dealership or private shop that can complete this retrofit for me? thx. race9.

Did they change the clockspring? I thought it needed a different one.
