How search forum?

How do you effectively search this forum? I've tried the built-in search tools but I get thousands of irrelevant links. Doesn't seem to be a way to clearly specify what I'm looking for. I would normally use Google advanced search and specify the domain however these forums are buried in PHP files so you can't actually specify the subform and you end up getting every BMW vehicle results.

Anyway I might as well specify what I'm looking for. I used to have a link to a guide on how to replace coil packs and spark plugs. Can't find it anymore. Also I'm trying to figure out what a good BMW part vendor is. There's dozens of results in Google and I can't tell the difference between a shady part dealer and a good part dealer. Looking for stock plugs and coils for my 2011 x5m.
