Best Android Display replacement for e70

I have an 2009 x5 35d with small display and I'd like to upgrade the display as well as get to carplay if I can. I have the older system so bimmertech doesn't work for my model and I've searched the threads and haven't found a solid solution that somone hasn't had multiple problems with around reboots, etc...anything out there someone really loves? Appreciate it in advance.

i have bought mine from aliexpress , and it comes with carplay , it works great for me
and it only cost me like 250 euro , camera works fine also, and you can play youtube spotify ect ect

Do you recall what the brand/manufacturer is for the one you purchased on Aliexpress?
