E71 X6M stuck removing heat shield

Just got a new to me one owner 2011 X6m with 35k miles.

Has vacuum pump oil leak. Have the new pump (for some reason came with only two bolts from Bimmerworld)

The vacuums pump has 3 bola I can reach the top and bottom bolt but not the middle due to the down pipe heat shield. I have removed all heat shield bolts except for the top two witch are shared with the top cat heat shield and the driver side die pipe shield.

The torx bolt in the rear center on the car heat shield is rusted and I can not remove it. Cut in the middle with a dremel disk and tried and remove with screwdriver but ended up destroying it. Next stop drilling it.

Can anyone help me as to what should be removed to be able to lift the passenger down pipe heat shield ??
