X5m whats this component
Does any know what is this component called , it's on top of the turbo heat shield and seems to be connected to air intake hoses

It's part of the crankcase ventilation system. It's connected to the intake hose to pull vacuum for crankcase gasses. The part circled has a valve.

I see a small oil residue on this rubber hose, the temp of that area really grows high due to turbos

You can use a paper towel and wipe the bottom of the intake pipe that goes into the inlet of the turbos. It's normal to find a little film of oil. Though if you find drippings of oil then most likely it's been traveling through your system.
