BMW X6 ActiveHybrid - Neutral emergency release

The situation is as follows...

It is about the following car:

BMW X6 ActiveHybrid 2010

The car was in a service center where I have no information about what they did to it.
The car has a problem with the high voltage battery and won't start.
At the moment, neutral is flashing on the gear lever and the letter "N" is written on the dashboard, but the car does not seem to be in neutral (doesn't move).

My question is how can I get it out of neutral so I can move it to my garage (ca. 5-6 Meters). What is the procedure?

Thank you in advance and kind regards.
