New Style 214's Color?

First BMW, 2013 X5, 75k miles. Have extended warranty to 100k, but thinking going further with it. I had 19's but upgraded to 20" 214's which I thought were silver from the pics before I bought them. After they were delivered I quickly realized they weren't silver but darker. A pleasant surprise because now I kinda like the color and may keep it. Question is are these ferric grey or a custom darker color? Full disclosure they look darker than ferric to me and closer to my platinum grey paint but I am slightly color blind when it comes to darker colors like this. I want to get them refinished after the winter but am trying to determine if it's ferric or another color. Any assistance is appreciated.

It's possible they were refinished/resprayed. Mine are definitely not as dark as those

I like that color. Contemplating on getting my 214's in a similar color OR Shadow Chrome (like the E39 M5's). Just wondering what it looks like on AW E70. If not then straight BMW Silver would do.

I like the all silver as well, which is what I thought they were. Now I kinda like them being a little different.

Do not change anything, they are very beautiful like that and the color is superb.
However I also think they have been repainted
