E70 X5 35D wheel balancing issue

Hello everyone, not sure where to post this but here just got my 2013 X5 35D, and changed tires recently, used to have Pirelli P Zero run flats, they ran good, no shaking or noise or anything like that, but they were really old and about to be done, so i was looking for some tires online and was watching different reviews and decided to try Atturo AZ850 tires for my X5 (i guess some chinese brand). Anyways, went to a shop got them all four changed fronts 275/40/20 and rears 315/32/20. Tires are brand new, just balanced from the shop, and here i drive back home and my steering wheel shaking at speed around 55-65mph. Wheels are not bend or anything, i was just driving on the old Pirellis and everything was fine, any thought on what it can be? i will attache some pictures with the amount of weights that they put on, is this too many? And this is one wheel...and their balancer shows that with this amount of weights its at 0/0 now... And i believe these are standard size X5 sport wheels 20x10 on the front and 20x11 in rear...Thanks in advance

actually that weight that they put is not that much.. but they look like they made it pretty sloppy.. its not even parallel to the wheel properly.. after changing those again, and assuming the balancing machine is fine.. sometimes tires can be made with some faults that cant be counter balanced because of some manufacturing faults.. i had the same tires for while when i bought the car.. handling wasnt bad but keep an eye on the pressures all the time cause these tires can start to crack easily.. but handling etc. was good enough and durable on potholes etc.. you better take the car back to the that shop fast before some time passes..

I have run those exact tires and never an issue. Went through two sets in the same size on my 4.8is, and one set on my X5M. I would also questions the work of someone that places weights in that manner.

It can be bad tires. I’ve had tires that wear funny and cause and out of balance feeling. Or they have bad belts from the factory.. it’s usually obvious when you take the wheel off the car and roll it a few feet, You’ll see if the belts are bad,

These are not exactly high quality tires... I’d complain their defective and swap for a new set.
