Pure Stage 2 Dyno numbers coming soon...

Finally got my Pure stage 2 turbos installed along with a backend flash from BPM in time for Bimmerfest. So far so good it pulls like a beast.

Going to be installing the JB4 in the next week or so to do some logging/fine tuning and crank up the boost a little (just with the provided maps on the JB4). All numbers will be on 91 octane alone for now. I have no intentions of pushing this car with meth/race fuel/crazy boost just to see what peak numbers I can get on a dyno, its just not worth it to me. I'd rather see what numbers I can put down on a daily basis.

Hopefully in the future I can get the trans and axles built so I can launch the car. I've been in contact with someone who is willing to build the trans for a reasonable price, but I don't really feel like being the guinea pig lol so we'll see...

Stay tuned

if my Pure stage2 100K+ mile AT tranny (stock tranny) 335i can handle 600whp on 91pump\meth daily driver tune then im sure our X5M's AT tranny's can handle it no problem.
Either way congrats cant wait to see results.

Honestly lots of people toss numbers around about how much the trans can handle. I think as long as I don't launch it i'll be fine. But then again launching and pooing on 99% of other cars is half the fun!!
A rebuilt trans will likely be the next step. I'm in talks with a couple different people who want to rebuild it but it worries me being the first.

I didn't and I really wish I did I was just trying to get the build done in time for Bimmerfest. Now I have this oil in the coolant issue which I'm hoping will be a simple fix. Going to have to address this first before I install the JB4 and get on the dyno

Little update on why I haven't been able to get the dyno...

Car got smacked in a parking garage so it's been at the body shop for a while.

Should be done by Friday, then JB4 install next week, then dyno numbers.
