Reading Fault Codes

Hi All, Is there a manual or software that I need to read fault codes? I've got INPA software, but it spits out the code in German. I have quite a few to get thru and wondering how other handle this task?

You can download a copy of INPA in English, but you can always get a schwaben/foxwell scanner as well. Lastly, if you're just looking to get the code displayed in English, you can google BMW INPA fault code list or something similar.
