all about personal preferences! but I have to agree X5M has more room then X6M and doesn't look bad either

as far as drone shots, I love them, I don't own a drone but my body does, will need to ask him to get some shots of my M!

Thanks - photos hide a lot of dirt, but just did the full leatherique treatment - the top goes down and it stays down, so it needed it!

The new drones make it pretty easy - I have a DJI Spark and it almost flies itself. For the photos, a lot of it is location and timing (enough light, but no shadows - and being aware of reflections).

Next goal is to try and get some rolling shots

Sure thing - don't make it that far East too often (family is in Sioux City), but would be nice to get a couple of the beasts together. Conversely, if you're ever in Omaha....

Continental DWS 06 - have had them on a couple of the cars and they seem to be a great all around tire.

I got the Spark couple of weeks ago, pretty cool toy, did a few videos already but still learning...
How did u manage to take those close up photos especially from the top, I find it somewhat difficult, camera doesn't usually look straight down, is there a secret I need to learn?

TIA!

It's not quite 90°, but close enough. You should be able use the scroll dial on the back left of the controller to move the gimbal down as far as possible - not sure how far it will go if you don't have he controller. Also make sure you're not in Sport mode (that seems to be the most common issue).

There's a pretty good group on FB - PM me if you haven't stumbled upon it already

I appreciate it, I knew there is something to learn, I have the controller, will try it this weekend!

Thank you again

Another tip - the video/photos that cache with the phone are low resolution by default - you can download the full resolution photo while connected to the drone and/or pull them directly off the memory card
