Coding sunroof to auto close when it senses rain

I was using Protool and was looking through some coding features.

Has anyone coded the sunroof to auto close when the rain sensor is activated?

Is this available on the E70?

I don't think the sunroof has a sensor like that, Most likely would have to connect it to the auto sensing wipers.

If you are thing this coding will allow the sunroof to close automatically when the rain sensors detect rain - while the car has been off and parked.... ain't gonna happen.

Also, the rain sensor detects a difference. That is why the wipers do a quick wipe when you turn on the auto function. There is no actual moisture sensor.

On the other hand... if you get it to work let me know!

Nearest you will probably get with stock setup is closing all the windows/sunroof with the key fob. That can be coded.
