Clean looking X you have there. Here is mine, no real mods except downpipes. Soon I will be slapping on Style 215 rims, fenders, aero kit, new Turbos (it has almost 140k on it), JB4 (already have), custom intake, exhaust, & M brakes. Going to see how deep in the 11's I can get or nuke something in the process! Guess I should get a second car first.... |

They are gorgeous! How much does Powder Coat usually cost? I'm debating if I should get new wheels or get them painted Idk if I want a staggered set anymore.

thanks man! easiest way to test injectors without pulling the manifold is to check resistance at the DDE connections. that's how I figured 5&6 were dead because they weren't hitting 180 Ohms

I had to use the $200 special tool on my s63 beause 2 injectors were seized. The thick metal bracket that hooks on the injector was bent. That’s how stuck it was. Anxiety kicks in, afraid the injectors would snap and had to remove the head. Finally popped out with some major improvising. |

The primary two reasons I installed it were that it's one of the only ways to get Apple CarPlay in this age BMW (without doing some crazy & expensive retrofitting), and, it is a huge improvement on the screen size/resolution/vibrance. People who ride in mine and don't know the differences between X5 generations (non-BMW enthusiasts), typically guess it is under 5 years old. The screen brings the interior up to a near-new look. I do keep it immaculately clean, which helps too, obviously. |

I sprayed them myself, I get that question alot, they look oem . Its Krylon canary yellow glass paint! Amazon has it. It's been almost 6 months and its held up very well. I tried to tint them at first but it just wasn't working out for me.
