Rear Right Tire worn more than Rear Left?

I've got an E71 50i with the dynamic handling package. M- sport - So the wheels are staggered and can't be rotated. I have Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06's.

I have around 25,000 miles on my tires and looked at the wear leading up to the fall/winter time and noticed my fronts as expected look excellent. On the Rear, the Left side has probably around 4/32 if i measured it, while the right hand side was surprisingly down to the wear bars around 2-2.5 / 32.

I checked this rear right and its evenly worn across the actual tire, so its not from the alignment.

Any ideas what could have caused this?

Also, for replacement, what do you think of just finding used rears on ebay with the same tread depth remaining as the front tires rather that just replacing all 4 brand new?

I know there's a lot of discussion about replacing just 2 tires on the forums. My thought is if its okay to have a staggered setup where over 25000 miles they wore to a 3/32 difference front to back, then that will be exactly the same # of miles with same tread differences if i put new 10/32 tires on the rear while fronts are 7/32. They'll wear down and both get to 4/32 at the same time.

Only difference is instead of having the diameter differences where the rear is smaller than front, in this case the rear would be bigger by 0.7% to begin with.

Tire Differences based on my tires (28.7" OD)
Tread (32nds) / Diameter (in) / Diameter (%)
1 / 0.063 / 0.2%
2 / 0.125 / 0.4%
3 / 0.188 / 0.7%
4 / 0.250 / 0.9%
5 / 0.313 / 1.1%

Either your driving habits or alignment are to blame for the uneven wear, but you can swap them right to left without issue to keep it more even.
And you can do just the rear tires, if they are wearing that much faster compared to the fronts. I wouldn't shave them, you will be fine with the small difference there, considering how much more worn the rears are now, you are just going back to neutral and back the other way a little. Thats what I did last year, as my rear inners wear much faster than the fronts.
