I really like what you did and it looks awesome, well done!
However, maybe its because my e70 n63 has the m package, my wheel well flares are the same along with everything else that would match up as the x5m so i would only have to replace the bumper (and paint) then install the m 4 exit exhaust. Seems like a very easy choice and there are countless options for the m exhaust.
