0A734 JBE ECO Valve Inactive error code? 13' BMW X5 "Help Please"

Hello,

We are new to this group and want to thank you for accepting us.
I want to ask the group about two codes we found with ISTA-D.

First code: 0A734 JBE ECO Valve Inactive (we ask for directions to repair)

Second code: 02DD6 Valvetronic Servomotor, Position Sensors, Short Circuit
or line disconnection. SAE Code P10E2 (can this cause a no
start condition?
The servomotor made its usual noise then one day the noise
stopped along with the fuel pump not priming.

Our vehicles current condition is it cranks no start, no other codes than the above mentioned codes.
Parts that have been recently changed are the following:
1. New passenger side fuel pump.
2. New crank position sensor.

Our vehicle description:
2013 BMW X5 35iXdrive Premium E70 (N55)

We live over 250 miles from the closest BMW Dealership and no local indy shop wants to even talk with us.

Unfortunately this is my wife's vehicle and she wants to haul it to the dealership.
