disconnect transfer case

I cant find where the transfer control actuator connections are. anyone have a picture or any info on how to unlplug?

Drives: '10 X5D, '04 330i ZHP

Under the car, on the drivers side of teh transmission. Its at the rear of the transfercase, right above the support, tucked above the tcase.

thank you i guess removing the heat shield is required? i couldnt see it or find a good video to show exactly where it is at. do you have a picture by any chance?

Sorry, didn't see that in time. Glad you figured it out. Personally, I just paid for an Xdelete license, I had kind of wanted to buy it for a while anyway. But it's about to start snowing in NJ, so it's time to actually pull my actuator and fix it, so I can get back to awd.
