Hi all just wondering what is the part that is behind black grill circled in yellow

Believe that's an "additional water cooler". Here's some info on how to remove it if you need to.

Like pdx said, that's an additional radiator for your engine, on the passenger side there is another and that's the engine oil cooler, then in the front you have the two radiators for the intercoolers, then your power steering radiator, then your actual engine radiator and beneath all that is your transmission cooler. Your ride has no less then 6 Radiators/heat exchangers and five water pumps! It's a bit complicated making a 5300lb SUV as fast as most sport cars

Actually, the s63 engine in the x5m is more similar to the N63 engine it was based on. The n63tu is the next generation engine, so it has a lot of upgrades not on the s63.
