So Vossen and ADV.1 are not TUV certified

Just wondering how safe is to drive a $60-$100k cars on those rims?

I will be buying rims next spring and none of those brands are on my list because of them lying about certifications and history of weak/inferior construction. See the thread on m3 post for details.
