I was thinking of selling my HREs and running a square 299 set up, buy your wheels and run the rears all around...it would look sick with the concave of the rears. Then run the fronts all around for winter the 20x10" would fit 275/40 nokians nicely for winter....

I already have 5 sets of X5 wheels someone please buy these before I succumb to the temptation.

You could also get a spacer/adapter from 1 or 2 companies if i recall right.
Do you know if the 2014+ models have the same hub sizes as the E70?

All I really need these gone. Dropping price to 690. This does not include shipping fees and any packing materials to protect the wheels.

They are straight and true. Just have some curb rash from the previous owner.

All here are a pic of the wheels. Only 3 out of 4 have some minor rub rash.

And ass shot for good measure! My space grey painted rear diffuser is hard to see but adds a great contrast to the black.

Here are some pics. As well as the new caliper colors. Note to EVERYONE!!! Do not try and build a 20inch wheel and try and put a 405mm BREMBO BBK. It will not clear.

A lot of heartache and time has gone into this. When it's done it will truly be a one of one set up.

For those interested in wheel finish and caliper finish. The wheels are the new VELOS signature series. Weight of wheels were 20.2 front and 20.8 rear. Stock wheels weigh 40f and 44r. That's a huge weight savings.

Color is a hand tinted clear coat with brushed gunmetal.

Caliper color is Indianapolis red (individual M6/M5 color) with space grey BREMBO lettering. I have space grey all throughout the car (rear diffuser, X5M logo, back BMW logo bracket is space grey, the side runners along the doors are space grey and the side markers are space grey)

Have you gotten that BBK kit on with those wheels?
