Air Spring (Suspension) sagging randomly on E70

Hi.

My E70 is randomly sagging on the left site and just yesterday on the right site too.

This entirely happens on random days. Sometimes it is fine for 3-5 days and then the left site is down the next morning. I assume if this is a faulty airbag it would be down every single day.

Question: As it is not always happening is it possible that it is something else than the air spring (airbag)?

Thanks!

I think mine did the same thing....some days looked better than others. you got to consider that might see it at times when it just refillled or when it has been off for a while. They are pretty easy to change out and inexpensive. I replaced both sides on mine.

Thanks for your reply.

So, it was definitely fixed after replacing both airbags?

Likely the bags, I had to change mine out last Nov on a 2013 with less than 50k. Some days looked fine, every once in a while a corner sagged...but measuring from the lower rim to the fender they were never consistent height. You could always first check the manifold to see if the lines are leaking, but I'd bet it's your bags. If your're on originals, best to drop new ones in, $.02.

ok, thanks!

I have ordered two new airbags from FCP. Let's see if this will fix it.
