Please help and check your X6

I dropped my x6 because of the steering gear reall. Today, I picked up my car and just noticed there are wires behind the front wheels.

I don't know... the wires have to covered I think.

Can you check your X6 front driver and passenger sides please? If they are the same, can you take pictures for me please?

Mine is 2013 X6 35i with Active Steering.

I'm thinking that when they replace steering gear, maybe they forgot to install some parts for the wires.

Was like that on my 2010. Was always surprised those wires were not better protected.

Yeah. Wow!! I have the same exposed wire on both front wheels. It looks like the plastic piece on the top should connect with the one on the bottom. Both parts don't move. I wonder why? Someone should call dealer

I cannot believe BMW makes X6 like that. I checked my e60 but no exposed wires.
