I can't believe I'm still seeing my previous owned X5-35d listed for sale at BMW Portland. It's a lease return (December 2015) in excellent condition, it was hard to let her go. If anyone is looking for a great 35d, this one is in exceptional condition without any issues or hidden history. I'm not affiliated to BMW Portland nor do I gain anything for posting this. Prices have dropped quite a bit for the e70s. This is at least $5k over priced IMO.

$45k is hard to swallow, when you can get used 2014s for not that far off, despite the low mileage. How much did you end up trading this for?

Just to be clear, it's the dealer that has set this price. They took it in as a lease return from me, certified it as CPO, maybe serviced it and added some new tires before listing it.
