Talking VRSF Stainless Steel Catless Downpipes for V8 N63 S63 BMW

VRSF 3" Stainless Steel Downpipes
For your 2018 - 2012 BMW 550i/650i/750i/X5/X6 with the V8 Twin Turbo N63 Engine

We are proud to introduce the VRSF 3" Catless Downpipes for the N63 F06/F10/F12/F13/F15 M5 & M6 which feature a CNC stainless steel v-band to pipe transition. These 3" downpipes are the best bang for the buck mod available for your S63, with gains from 50hp & 60tq when tuned. By eliminating the restrictive catalytic converters in the factory downpipes, backpressure is reduced significantly which results in faster spool, an increase in power & a more aggressive exhaust note.

Rather than necking down closer to the turbos like most of our competitors, our 3" catless downpipe feature a full 3" design up to the last couple of inches of the pipe which allows a greater increase in flow. Our 3" downpipes are hand crafted from SS304 stainless steel and include a lifetime warranty & our "No Hassle" satisfaction guarantee which includes fitment & defects. Grade 12 installation hardware is included with purchase.

We also offer ceramic coating services on these utilizing Cerakotes High Temperature Ceramic coating, made to withstand temperatures up to 1800F. Please note that while we do offer a lifetime warranty on the downpipes, we only offer a 1 year warranty on the ceramic coating services due to the nature of the product.

Note: This product will only fit the 2 bolt flange version of these applications. You can confirm fitment by either sending us the last 7 of your vin or a picture of the downpipe to catback flange on your exhaust system.
This will only fit the 2-bolt flange version of the downpipe to catback section. This will fit both the X5M and the X6M with N63 and S63.

Features:
  • Adds 50-55 HP to the wheels & 60-65 TQ to the wheels.
  • CAD/CAM designed CNC flange.
  • Hand made from mandrel bent, tig welded 3" 304 grade stainless steel.
  • Smooth radius bends to decrease turbulence and increase flow.
  • Fits RHD and LHD models with no modification neccessary.
  • VRSF Lifetime Warranty against defects and fitment.

This item fits the following BMWs:
  • 2008 - 2012 F07 BMW 550i/550xi GT N63
  • 2008 - 2012 F10/F11 BMW 550i/550xi N63
  • 2010 - 2012 F12 BMW 650i Covertible N63

These will only fit the earlier 2 bolt models but we have the slip fit variant on the way! Just shoot over the last 7 of your VIN to Mike or myself to verify which downpipe you need

I haven't installed them yet, but they look beautiful. They are made very well and the welds are beautiful. Here are some pics of mine! Only issue I see with them is that they don't come with any hardware, but I'm going to have a couple bolts welded in as I've read that's a headache.

No, you would just need to buy 2 bolts. I've read from installations that people have done, that once the top is lined up, it's hard to get the bottom bolts in. So it's easier and saves about an hour if they are already attached. So I will buy the bolts that fit and are long enough, have a shop weld them in place.

I don't, and I'd take them for you, but they're installed on the car. The welds on the flex pipe were nice, just like the others. The clean the welds on the inside where you can see or reach. Not sure they did the same on the flex pipes sections.
They're very good quality and I'm happy with them, especially for the price. Other than not having studs on the flanges, they're great. I had issues arise by having bolts welded in, but that's because they weren't welded in straight and it caused the downpipes to not line up perfect. I finally was able to get everything lined up and get them installed.

I love how it sounds, you hear the turbos spoil and I love that. Sounds similar to a diesel truck turbo spool. Cold start is much louder, but doesn't last long enough to bother me or my neighbors. After it quiets down to about the same as catted. I really am so happy with it. I did the Velos tune today as well and it's just so fun to drive. Sounds mean!

I would like to add the extreme powerhouse shipped these right away and they got here ahead of schedule, will be happy to buy from them again!
