Hello friends, I'm desperately looking for mode my bmw x6 e71 2012 with digital key feature
Anyone know where to buy a digital key , as my bmw doesn't have one or did but bmw took away years ago.
Maybe buy a module separately?
But I don't really know what kind and how to add this feature.
I'm good to coding, but before need a module.
And this is not all, I want to recommend me guys a good remote start, I hope this coming together.

Take a look at Gates Innovation. They offer a digital key for e-chassis with 3 caveats. You must have comfort access option and there’s no metal key for the door. You also must destroy one of your existing keys to transplant into the digital key. Obviously you will also not be able to put the key into the slot anymore. You can also get the digital keys for a lot cheaper elsewhere (like aliexpress) but Gates Innovation would be the easiest way and gives you customer support.

For remote start, take a look at iDatastart. You would have to buy the iDatasmart CMBMXA0 module along with the iDatasmart ADS-THR-BM1 harness. Everything is plug and play. You also have to buy the ADS-USB programming tool in order to complete the install.
