This! don't have Atmos setup yet as my Dedicated Home Theater is still under construction but for the mean time watching and listening with my Empteks/Klipsch and the sound effects is from the same Score from Jaws. if you watch the making they explain it. I thought this was a great movie. I really believe watching a movie in a full surround sound experience just makes the movie sooo much better...even if the movie sucks with the right sound codecs whether it's Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, DTS, ect the sounds just draws and envelopes you as if you're really there.

Oh, may be a Canadian exclusivity? It's a channel lol
I was swapping channels and John Wick is always a good call... saw your picture and the timing was the same as that scene had just passed.

I don’t really go to the movie theater anymore unless it’s for an IMAX formatted movie or something with a lot of eye candy like a Marvel movie. I have great picture and sound, can pause or do an intermission without missing anything, not have to listen to people on their phones or screaming babies etc. If I could only make better popcorn lol. I’d rather pay $30 for a movie on Vudu and enjoy at home rather than pay even more for an inferior experience.

totally agree! we have not seen one movie this year. the funny part is my boys are gun ho crazy about all these Super Hero movies that came out this year and they din't mind waiting til the 4k came out because they said the same thing. too many people talking in the theater, the sound quality sucks, the pictures not 4k lol plus it's awesome for Family Movie night when all it cost is $20-30 for the movie, $40 for a family pack of Ribeyes for some grilling, $2 for veggies $0 rice and $2 for sodas =$74 when if we go to the movies it's what $12.25x5= $61.25. $8 large popcorn x 2 (we share) =$16. $5.45 large drink x 5 =$27.25. $5 nachos for the wife. $15 candy. so $124.50 just to go to the movies

and if we do just pizza that's $30 Pizza and $30 for the disk

There are literally only one type of movies that I will make the time, effort and money to go and see:

Huge Special Effect Blockbusters like AVENGERS or AQUAMAN, etc.

Otherwise, my Home Theater setup is more than adequate!.

And as you pointed out, you eat far better than you would at the theater for far less. And everyone can have a great seat.
