Light Mod X6 '10 (Black, 21" 215 Ferric Gray, Black Grill, Remus, SinghAutosports)
Here is my lightly moded 2010 X6 50i.... I wanted to keep it as close to stock as possible without going too crazy... I thought of the black 215 21"' wheels but the truck would have looked too aggressive and it's been overdone (see my old 335i below). I only changed the grill, markers, Remus exhaust, put tints on and, of course, the SinghAutosports tune which made an INCREDIBLE difference in this car... (see my Dyno runs in another post). The interior is red alcantara leather. The halo's upgraded to 6500K bulbs. Enjoy the pics!!! :-)

Thanks for posting your pics, your X6 looks great. I have the same color combo as you and have been back and forth on Black or Ferric grey 215's.
I dont think you can go wrong either way. In the second last pic those beef eaters in the rear look massive. The 325's on the back are a must! |

No real halo upgrade... just bought a pair of bluish replacement light bulbs (I believe they claim 7500 K - Look at **********s.com). I had also tried the LED ones but they are really weak and hard to see during the day - however they don't dim when you turn on the main lights....

Singh Autosport is located in Fremont, CA. Their ECU flash claims about 80hp and 70lbft torque. I had my car done and then got it dyno'd and it turns out those numbers were WAYYY conservative. The torque jumped about 150lbft... My dyno sheet (posted in a separate post) shows 500lbft trq AT THE WHEELS!! (about 600lbft torque corrected).
Jags is the owner of the company - he actually came to NY and downloaded the software on his computer, changed it, and then downloaded it back to my car. The change was felt immediately. He is an awesome guy, really easy to talk to, and he is very knowledgeable. You can email him: info@singhautosport.com. he comes to NY every few months - i wouldnt recommend mailing out the ECU.... The funny part is that Jags was so impressed with our truck and the dyno numbers that he bought one himself... White '10 50i. :-) |

The Remus exhaust really does NOT make a difference in the sound... I was very dissapointed from that respect. However, it DOES look good... At least in my opinion. I like the quad exhaust pipes "look".... Was it worth it? hmmm, I would pay double to get a throatier sound out of them. I am considering getting another exhaust and keeping the tips... Dunno yet.

Beautiful cars. I have the same 2 actually! My wife has the coupe.
Two questions please: What size are those wheels on the coupe? Are those black or gray double spoke wheels on the x6? Is there a difference? I'm trying to confirm that they come in both gray and black. |

That looks great. I was debating between gray and black. I went for black.

haha, yes. He did the dyno. I'm getting an Audi R8 in a couple weeks and I'm having George install an exhaust and will probably dyno it after... I talked to Singh Autosport about their flash for the R8... will see what happens.
