Leaking Water Underneath Engine Area

It seems over the last few days I see water pooling under my X5. Granted it has rained from time to time. The water is coming from between two plastic panels behind the drivers side front tire area. Its not antifreeze or anything. Its clear and has no scent. But whatever it is, its certainly retaining quite a bit of water. Any ideas? Pics attached....

Have you been using your air conditioning....

Open the hood and pop off the plastic cowling. Looking in the cavernous empty void on drivers side and fish out or vacuum all the leaves and debris. Might consider checking other side as well.

You don't want water collecting and rusting something out.

No. This isn’t AC. The vehicle has done this after sitting days at a time.
