OEM Style 300M wheels fit on 2011 X5?

Will OEM style 300M wheels of the X6M bolt onto a 2011 X5d? I've seen a few threads with with people having to bore out the center holes to fit. But I've also seen a few X6's with style 214 rims. I know 214's come on the x5 sport packages. I'm in the market to find a set of 20's and want to be sure that whatever I pick up will fit without any modifications. Thx,
