2013 50i M-Sport. Got it lowered on the 1.2 H&R kit all around with the Dinan quad tip axel back exhaust, Factory 215 wheels, 20mm front and 12mm rear spacers, body color matched eyelids, blacked out the roof rails and badges as well as the front and rear reflectors.

Thanks for the kind words. Took me about a year to get her where I wanted her and not sure whats next if anything. I would love to get a front lip put on but I haven't been able to find anything for the M-Sport front bumper. I've contemplated getting a lip for the M and having it retrofitted to mine by a friend of mine who owns a body shop.

if you can i would retrofit the M bumper and then getting a lip for it. Thats what my buddy with the x6 35i did. M bumper from BMW was not cheap though, he paid roughly $3k CAD.

My e70 11 years later ..

Who would have thought I was going to keep my e70 for this long but honestly it's been a rock solid performer. Cracked my original back wheels going over bullshit roadwork here in Australia so stuck these second hand rims and tyres I found on Facebook Marketplace and I think the car still looks a treat.

It's had some minor issues but currently sitting at 200,000 Km and going alright.

Much less involved doing a conversion on the x6 over an x5. On non X5M, you will need X6/X5M fenders to fit the new bumper, which then requires new headlights and flares to mount properly.

There are also 3rd party options out there that make an X5M replica bumper that can mount directly to LCI fenders. They look pretty good as you get oem grills etc with it but anyone that notices details will know its fake due to the missing sidemarkers on the x5m/x6 fenders

Dude that's a great photo and hood. Tell me more about the hood. Is that an after market product. I have never seen that on an X5 here in Aus. Makes the X look even tougher. Sensational.

This hood is from the Hybrid BMW X6 E72. There are after-market offers for Ali and eBay for them, but the quality is not always good, better to look for a second-hand OEM hood from E72.

These were also available for the 13-14 X6M as "highlight exterior" according to realoem. I would like to see these aftermarket offerings? Are they still aluminum? The one I received seems to be OE and fitment is perfect but would still like to be sure. Only thought there were carbon fiber/ fiberglass clones available. Mine came off an X6M.

Aluminum is too expensive to produce in the aftermarket, they are made of plastic or composite. Strangely, in our market, the X5 / 6M did not come with such hoods from the factory, only the sellers put them in fact in order to earn more from the sale. Maybe it depends on the market region?

Finally got my srings and wheels on. Also got the exhaust done today and it's loud as fshitt. After searching exhaust I bought magana flow 11235 14" long so exhaust shop said it was to big so they sold me a 10in flowmaster which is ridiculously loud. This is louder than my exhaust delete e92. For those lookimg I'll post vid soon.
