Greetings everyone, first of all, this text is being generated by the GPT chat, so occasional spelling errors may occur, and I apologize for that.
Here we go, I'm setting up a system in my car, an S63. I'm going to install the junction between the valve cover outlet and the 3-way component, while also maintaining the connection between the benches. My system will have only 1 input and 1 output. I'm using the vacuum control valve recommended by Sophisticated Redneck, and I've added this series of adapters to see how I will assemble the final piece. In my case, it's a 3/4 inch outlet or 12AN. I've attached photos of the adapters. Basically, it looks a bit messy, but I'm going to create a single CNC-machined piece to achieve a cleaner and more functional look. |

I guess if you want to make your own version, that's cool, but we literally did this to help the community out, not to get rich on, our pictures are better than anything out there, and to eliminate needing to use plastic OEM parts that will crack and break over time. Joe |

Simplifying and showcasing all my Paint skills I'm going to place the reservoir with this connection.

As far as I've observed, the system releases vapor through the valve cover and suctions through the intake, before the turbines, and later through the intake manifold. Please send me a private message as I don't have this function enabled yet due to my low number of posts. ----- I'm using this video as a guide for locating and connecting the system. We're going for an OEM look with the ideal use of 3 port like the OEM setup, and isolated sides so that both sides work solo, when you connect that crossover pipe, it will unbalance the two, and the drivers side will only catch oil, you will see.. Its been talked about a ton on the S63.

Here is the drivers side CCV, not finished, going to shorten the back port with a 90 degree so its a shorter run to the valve. Troy is a master as you can see of this M7 motor. ha

Small improvements to the driver's side, better angles and hoses are shorter.
AS you can see, the leanest, nicest CCV setup ever; even the valve is hidden on the bottom side unlike other setups. Those interested PM me, i got pricing from Troy to make them, not bad at all. |

Pics of the full install attached on my M7 N/S63 Kit come with everything: hoses, vacuum valve, connections, etc.
Kit also comes with a pre-set vacuum valve (it's hidden down below at the engine case connection, unlike those that put the ugly brass valve at the top. Those interested, PM me; if you cannot PM, post here, and I'll PM you. Only doing this to help Troy, so he can recoup some of his hard costs; he is offering this at a great price, and certainly well worth the money. He's going to expand to all new current model cars now too. Thanks Joe |

Few questions. What car is this on?
Are you now Troy's sales rep? Can we see full pictures of how it connects at all points? I.E without that engine cover ( which troy himself states we should be removing on the E70s even in this very thread) I am assuming now that it has gone to business there will no longer be any informational updates on those who prefer to DIY? Does this mean intakes are coming? and projected timeline? Can certain pieces be purchased. and if so what is the projected eta for delivery of them? Adding more pics so you can see all the connections. I am not a sales rep, i helped on the building of these functions. I cant speak for Troy and DYI, but his parts are low cost that you'd likely spend more doing a DIY then use his kit, or a close even. Im sure he will help anyone that wants the ugly setup if that is their goal, I'm sure he wont care. Im sure he can sell certain pieces, but that's his call, he's still busy machining and looking to make it cool. He made a custom pressure valve (not annodied in this pic, but it will be) so we didnt have to use the ugly big brass one off the catchcan. We also made connections that make this clean and right, as you can see from the final install pics. I would give him a week or two on all of this, he's still putting things back together and sourcing more aluminum for the additional kits, but I'm sure he will take things on a case-by-case basis for those that want things. Just give us a week or so, so he can get more pics of each connection, when in final version form, a lot of these have scratches from all the removals and take offs, to get the lines and connections right. As for intakes, yes, I know he is aiming to get that going too, he just mastered the 3D CNC mill, so that is what took the time to get these made right. Joe |

In the bmw engineers defense, they didn't declare what lifetime of the trans is......lol. Is it 10 yr/100k? I'd much rather follow ZFs service intervals or just change the fluid, filter, and whatever other maintenance is recommended at 25k miles Dirty fluid only gets dirtier. Change the fluid more often than not.

Any updates on running to a pair of Bernoulli tubes welded to the lower exhaust collectors? I really do not want anything fed back into my intakes , besides methanol (WMI)

You guys have done a lot of development since I did my original setup.
If you want to complete delete the plastic lines that connect to the manifolds, you can buy fittings here: https://www.schellen-shop.de/search?...24&cf=271&f=11. The connections to the manifolds on the S63 are Normaquick NW15 45 degree fittings. Any removal of plastic tubing is a win for reliability. |

Parts 1 and 2 in this diagram are plastic: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/images/diag_472j.jpg
The normaquick fitting would replace the connection at the bottom of part 1 and 2 where they attach to the intake manifolds themselves. |
