I like homemade extra virgin olive oil and lemon dressing. My problem is I enjoy oil cured olives and shaved parm on my salads. Being Italian sucks sometimes.

Cheese is life. I tend to use only olive + avocado oil. But that's another f'ing rabbit hole to make sure you're actually getting olive or avocado oil. The mob - aka cmyx6's family possibly - have run that racket for awhile.

The problem is when you buy store bought stuff. Salad dressing, popcorn, chips, et all. Most use the cheapest stuff to maximize profits and it ends up being terrible for us.

Italian food as a whole is so good though. Full of flavor and taste. And a metric fuck ton of sodium and carbs but when it tastes so good…..

That's why I exercise it off. A rolling stone…..

Well, you tend to burn extra calories crying and being super sensitive.

Whatever it takes to look sexy naked.

It’s the salt. I use very little when I cook. My tolerance isn’t what it used to be. I’ll gain 4 or 5 pounds from salt intake and it takes a few days to come back to normal. Getting old sucks!

My weakness is pasta. Bread. And frickin' potato chips. There's a 300lb fat dude hiding inside of me dying to get out. I have zero self control when it comes to fresh baked breads, pasta (one of my favorite things to make is Aglio e Olio) and frickin' potato chips.

As I typed this I just made my way to the kitchen and started shoveling some chips actually lol

This one's not very photogenic... but baked chicken, breaded with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, Chilli powder, and mozzarella cheese. Along with some baked potatoes and baked broccoli tossed in lemon zest.
