Owner's manual set?
Recently my wife got a 2010 X5 that we are very happy with. Only thing is it came with a paperback owner's manual only. I asked our CA for the other literature and the typical black vinyl case/binder but she claimed that not all models include this anymore. Is this part of BMWs nickle and diming or is she simply BSing?
When I bought my E92 in 2007 it came w/ other manuals/guides (albeit kinda useless) and the binder... |

That sounds like BS to me. I've always had a binder and too many manuals for my needs. Because I live in Montréal, Quebec I had the choice between the french or the english version of the owner's manual. My CA gave me both.
