Tires replacement
I have a 2009 X5 (E70) with the tire size of 255/55/18. SUV has 96k miles and the tires are worn out. Do I have to replace runflat or any tires with the same size will be fine?
Also any recommendation on the tires that won't bread my wallet (SUV is located in both Calif/AZ) . SVHO Last edited by svho; 10-15-2023 at 05:28 PM.. |

You don't have to have run flats BUT what will you do if you get a flat?

And you also have to get the XL rated tires, because of the weight of the SUV.
If you go on discounttiredirect.com or tirerack.com, and punch in your year make model, it will find the right ones for you.

There's also a custom spare tire company. Check out modernspare.com
They sell an actual spare tire, jack, etc.
