M Track Days are back for 2017! But at a price...
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com The M Track Day I attended last September was at no cost and also included lunch. This is usually after the event if it's a morning event, or before the event if it's an afternoon event, although the e-mail and the website doesn't specifically mention lunch. Here's the details from the e-mail: Also in the e-mail the following activities are listed:

BMW M Track Days in Homestead in June again. Was this event free in the past? It's showing that it's $250 now, but still seems worth it considering I'm an amateur on the track other than a few laps on Nürburgring.

Do you have any threads/reviews/info on the M Experience events you did with CCA?
Anybody go to this last year? |

I went. Was worth it for free. Not worth it for 250. For some reason, the Wednesday time slots for Homestead-Miami cost $500.

Did this at Indianapolis Motor Speedway last year.... for free. Would pay to have that experience again at IMS but not anywhere else.

Wow this seems like a much better deal and experience than the $750 M events at the UDE's

Registered. $250 to drive at COTA, and thrash an M4 - that isn't mine? Sold.
Cheers

If you want to go play around at a super cool location for a half day with some friends and try all the new M cars, the $250 is for you. If you want one-on-one driving instruction and a full day experience, the $750 is for you. |

BMW M Track Days 2017
Last year Track Days were free, tons of people showed up, so this year BMW is charging $250 to attend. I think it's totally worth it, so signed up for both Monticello and Homestead. Am curious to see how many people will pay to go.

Just received an email on this. Tempted to sign up for Monticello.
Not sure a drag race, autocross and a few pace laps (lead car driven by Instructor dictates pace of group) are worth $250? But again it's not a HPDE, but an opportunity to do some spirited driving in some M cars. |

Plus there's going to be a nice catered meal at the end and some cool gifts. And you're not going to get the opportunity to drive Monticello very often |
