OBD2 port tune for N55
Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone here knows if you can and where to get a tune such as COBB for my X6 35i N55 engine... Every where i look they only have piggy back tunes or full on bench tune, where they have to take my ecu to flash. I'm all about convnience so as of right now im running the JB+ on my x6 but i want one such as COBB, any suggestions or thoughts?

As I heard no release the driver by OBD2 for N55 yet. The only way is to tune it by bench process (it is a pain to remove the ECU from the engine. it is under of the manifold intake).

The N55 in the X has a different ECU.
Not sure Cobb has a tune for it.

I'm running a tweaked stage 2+ file right now on my N55 X5, with the BMS intake, and VRSF downpipe. Also the 5992 NGK plugs. Works very, very well. |
