Fast forward almost 3 months and now it is even lower. I can't believe they haven't sold it.
http://www.zeiglerchryslerdodge.com/...c0ba6a5163.htm Someone should call BMW and see if the CPO warranty is still active. If it is, this is a steal!!! |

Wow. I'm still on the hunt for a 2012 3.5 or Diesel and have been avoiding the V8s like the plague....but this is now priced below wholesale. I still don't understand why they haven't taken it to auction. Maybe the GM got into a hedge during the three months he's been driving it.

If BMW finds out it was sold to a dealer or taken to auction, they cancel the CPO warranty.
I bought a 2003 760Li back in the day from auction and the CPO warranty carried over..... but it is something a potential buyer should double check. |

Well......it gets more interesting. In my regular sweep through the interwebs to find my DSB/CB X5, I ran across the car once more, this time at Law Auto Group in Chicago. It appears to be only listed on Manheim (really OVE) and is not on their public site either for sale or part of sold inventory.
I've seen this happen before with cars in Chicago, specifically with Law Auto Group. Cars sit on dealer sites for awhile and then presto they end up over at Law Auto. |

It is on ebay too:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-X5-M-Spo...US_Cars_Trucks My Father traded his 2008 911 Turbo Cab for a 2013 Cayenne Turbo S they had last year. They seemed like a professional group to deal with. |
