M Steering Wheel...Best product to keep it clean?
I'm sure someone on here knows of a product that keeps the steering looking brand new. I hate the gloss look caused by the grease on our hands...anyone have any suggestions?

Are you talking about regular leather steering wheel or M Performance alcantera steering wheel?

I use the typical grease wipe (that you use in the kitchen) to clean up every 2-3 weeks.
Those seems clean up much better than normal leather cleaner/conditioner when it comes to hand oils + sweat on the steering wheel.

Hm, never thought of that. Any particular brand, or just any grease wipe will do?

iKlear. I kid you not. Use it on mine. Gentle. Doesn't leave dry/cracked. Wheel feels like new.

They're designed to clean kitchen grease so they clean hand oil/sweat well too.

Swissvax Leather Cleaner. Spray a little on a clean microfiber and gently clean the leather. Use the wrong product on steering wheels and you could end up ruining the material.

They're still for home use (not industrial strength). So I was using it and so far that worked best for hand oil/sweat cleaning on the steering wheel.
I tried many leather cleaners but they're designed to clean leather seats, not really designed to clean hand grease or sweat. So I wasn't happy with the quality. I'm sure I can use something less chemical, eco, human friendly wipes from Target or somewhere else too. (Maybe I will try that next)
