E70 stock suspension looks lowered see pics
I'm in the market for an older E 70 X5M and I came across this white one. The dealer says it's a stock suspension but it's sitting lower than most. Do you think it's stock suspension?

That's what I told him but he put it on the lift and took pics of the struts they are original with bmw stamps from 2010. He said he "thought" someone made an adjustment on the ride height in the ECU because it has auto leveling suspension.

No he only took pics of the struts only I'm trying to get him to send me the pics. The strut was stamped bmw with a date from 2009. It's a model year 2010

Here is the pic he provided. Car is probably from an auction who knows. He took a video of it for me and I swear I saw a puff of black smoke from the tailpipe on cold startup when he revved it up. Has an "aftermarket" exhaust with no stamp on the tailpipe. Probably oem exhaust with resonators removed.

Doesn't look like OE coil spring and seem lowered and like what was mentioned earlier, the E70 self-leveling suspension does not allow the vehicle ride height to be adjusted.

What color are the springs in the H&R kit? And why would the other pic show no springs if H&R kit?
