tired of NY weather and fucking idiots, fucking rude and disrespectful neighbors. nice weather all year round is perfect.. fucking tired of snow and sanitation racking up $$$ while i spent 2hrs cleaning out driveway so they can plow the snow back in smh.. i feel better now |

Georgia or NC IMO. Georgia has amazing property values and low taxes. Charlotte is pretty much a baby Atlanta. I would say that Atlanta is more diverse though as NC passes all those crazy laws.
You can get a sweet 3500+sq ft house in a nice neighborhood for $300-500k in the Atlanta Metro Area. |

Definitely I will pick one of the states without an income tax. Always better to keep some extra money in a pocket than giving for state. I know state need to take money from my other way, but at least I can control this more than just watch how money goes out of my check IMO. I'm considering between Texas, Florida & Nevada. What state is the best in you guys opinion ?
California is beautiful, but not for my pocket to handle it. NJ is very expensive to live in and California is even worst, so I gave up with that state. I heard many good opinions about TX. |
