Code Diagnostic Help - FRM replacement?

Hello all - I currently got the following fault codes on my obd reader for my e70 diesel:

4B93
4D16
A8B7
A8C2
9C69

I did Google these codes individually. All together doesn't make sense to me, as they all don't seem directly related per say. But the fact that there is a fault code under the FRM category - it makes me think that they all link to that being faulty. I got a letter in the mail from BMW saying something to the effect that there is an extended warranty on the FRM. So if that is the case, I was thinking of just going straight to the dealer instead of my usual indie shop (or DIY).

Thoughts on this? What I don't want to do is go to BMW, then they say it's not the FRM, then I go to my own indie shop and basically waste time bopping around...

Thanks in advance!

the two first error codes has to do with dpf and oxigen sensor

the other two has to do with frm, did you changed smth from xenon or halogen to led? if yes you must code them

the last one is about the air conditioner right side

Do you have any of the typical signs of an FRM failure?

Please post what the codes mean not just the alphanumeric values. This way we don't have to Google them for you.

Hello, I'm also having trouble with code 9C69.

My diagnostic tool lists it as a PTC Module. What is this PTC Module?

related note, I did receive letter as well. made appt., visited dealer once in service lane the service writer performed a number of tests and deemed the frm to be operating correctly.

in and out in about an hour, the only concern I have had with my vehicle, I cannot open tailgate hatch from outside, only thru remote and or interior button.
I can close using all functions, I was told it is the way my car has been programmed and needs to be reset, it can be anoying but over all I am used to it.

I'm not going to google that code for you. Please post what its description is.

PTC is typically "Power Train Control" or "Power Train CAN"

I don't think they'll do anything unless your FRM is actually bad. There is an inherent flaw in the boards which is susceptible to large voltage fluctuations that I don't believe BMW ever fixed.

And it sounds like you're tailgate handle needs to be replaced, or the wiring is bad.
