The link in the post above even states it is a limited warranty and NOT AN EXTENSION of the original 4 Year/50,000 mile warranty.
The warranty kicks in for 12 months once 50,000 miles is reached, so if the car reaches 50,000 miles in 30 months, the original warranty would expire and the CPO would then kick in and extend for 12 months of unlimited miles...or 42 months total in that example.
If you do not understand the MAJOR differences in coverage of the original warranty and a CPO, you need to do more research.

Yes you are right I bought A M4 in March and it was a CPO and it was confusing when dealership told me because they kept changing there words and saying something else everytime so I guess they didn’t know either but basically he has it right and there are differences in the CPO and the Original, everything cosmetic is my problem now, and engine and mechanical stuff is still under warranty.
Atleast that’s what I was told but I’m still weary about my dealer though that’s why I’m changing dealers. Please correct me if my dealer presented me with wrong info.
