ACM are good but expect to pay an arm and a leg. My first pick is maximumpsi/bimmer clinic. If you need so much work Mike is your guy, since you are planning on an engine swap and power goodies consider rebuilding current motor with better internals. I believe Mike has the most knowledge when it comes to bmw's , engine building and fabricating in the tri state. He has build the fastest bmw in the U.S aswell , his f30 m3 is running low 10s.
