Took the headliner out recently to replace the roof racks with low profile rails and wasn't as bad as I thought. There is a great DIY on another forum for doing this. The only difference I believe you would have is to switch out the two dome lights for the rear seats. Definitely give it a go
Anthracite headliner for pano is: Part# 51448037341
Brief breakdown of procedure:
- Unclip A pillar, remove C and D pillars. Bolt under all "airbag" covers
- Remove center dome/console. Start from windshield side. Two screws under
- 4 x bolts on top side of pano, windshield side. Need open to access
- Remove 4 x handles by accessing bolts under a flap on each side
- Work the headliner out the back to front/outside, in
